Converts a Rips Persistence Diagram in the ttk::rpd::MultidimensionalDiagram format to the VTK Unstructured Grid format.

[in]diagramttk::rpd::MultidimensionalDiagram to be converted
[in]SimplexMaximumDiameterMaximum diameter of simplices (to cap infinite pairs)
